we are
I’m Lynn — dog groomer, salon owner, and former Quantity Surveying Technician who swapped spreadsheets for shampoo and never looked back.
After more than a decade in the construction industry, I reached a point where I needed change — real, meaningful change. In 2022, I left it all behind to retrain, rebuild, and create a life that finally felt like mine. That leap became Paws & Peaks — a calm, home-from-home dog spa built on care, trust, and attention to detail.
But as I grew, I noticed a gap: plenty of practical training teaches you how to groom dogs, but almost none shows you how to build a successful grooming business.
That’s why I created Pathways — to guide aspiring and new groomers through the real-world side of grooming: planning, launching, and running a business that actually works.
